By Proceeding you are agreeing to the terms as defined in the Service Agreement

Payment Terms:

  • Payment is due in full upon signing up for service

  • Annual renewals are due on the anniversary date of your account opening

  • Late payments will be subject to a late fee of $25

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to the renewal date

  • Early cancellations will be subject to a prorated fee
